Poets & Writers

All writers go through slumps and fallow periods. It’s frustrating, but normal. This class is for the writer looking to jump-start their creativity again and inject some fresh energy into their writing. We will take inspiration from literary texts, as well as other artistic mediums, such as film and music. We will also experiment with using more mundane sources of inspiration like text messages and social media to fuel our creativity. We will try using our dreams and other sources of "magic" to remove subconscious blocks. This class is appropriate for all skill levels and writing disciplines.
